These cover the website. Not the work.
Short, because a marketing site does not need long ones. What we build for you is covered by a contract we sign, not by a page you scrolled past.

These are plain-language terms written in-house, published so the site stops linking to a page that does not exist. They have not been through legal review and will be replaced by a reviewed version. For anything contractual, the agreement we sign with you governs, and you can raise it with us at hello@functory.io.

- A description of what Functory does and how we work. It is written to help you decide whether to start a conversation, and that is all it is for.
- Nothing here is an offer
- Timeframes, engagement shapes and capability descriptions on this site are indicative. Any work we do together is governed by a separate written agreement, and where that agreement and this site disagree, the agreement is what counts.
- Figures and examples
- Sample views, cost estimates and durations shown on this site are illustrative. Cost projections are built against a real workload during a Discovery engagement, not read off a page.
- Our material
- The text, design, diagrams and code samples on this site belong to Functory unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to quote or reference them with attribution. Republishing them wholesale as your own is not.
- Links out
- We link to documentation, demos and third-party services. We do not control those and are not responsible for what they do or say.
- Availability
- This is a marketing site. We do not promise it will be reachable at any particular moment, and nothing about its uptime says anything about the systems we build.
- Changes
- We update this site often, including these terms. The version you are reading is the one that applies.
